Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using GenerGreator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). The Service is owned and operated by SatisApps LLC ("SatisApps", "we", "us", or "our"). You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GenerGreator is a cloud-based field-service management platform for generator and solar maintenance teams. Features include digital inspection checklists, photo and signature capture, offline data entry with later synchronization, AI-assisted customer report generation, and optional synchronization with third-party software such as QuickBooks. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

3. Accounts, Security, and Trials

To use the Service you must register an administrator account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and the access credentials issued to your technicians, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Each new company account begins with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, access is granted without upfront payment. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan under Settings > Billing to maintain full access to the administrator dashboard.

4. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

Paid subscriptions are selected and managed inside the platform. Current plans are:

• Small Plan: $69.99 per month, for up to 5 technicians.
• Growth Plan: $149.99 per month, for 6–15 technicians.
• Scale Plan: $10.00 per active technician seat per month, for larger fleets.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by subscribing you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for all applicable subscription and per-seat fees. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for partial periods, downgrades, or unused capacity. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. We may change our fees or plan structure on prospective notice; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Upload harmful code or run automated scraping, load-testing, or attack tools against the Service or its APIs.
• Impersonate others, share accounts, or transfer access to unauthorized third parties.
• Use the Service unlawfully, to infringe intellectual-property rights, or to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Interfere with or circumvent the security, rate limits, or access controls of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or others.

6. Your Content and Responsibilities

As between you and SatisApps, you retain all rights to the data you and your technicians submit, including inspection records, photos, notes, and customer information ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide the integrations you enable. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Content and for obtaining any consents required to collect and process your customers' personal information (including signatures and photographs). You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and to grant the foregoing license.

7. AI-Generated Reports — No Reliance

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft customer-facing reports from technician-entered data. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and is provided to assist — not replace — the professional judgment of a qualified technician. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving every report before relying on it or delivering it to a customer.

AI-generated reports are not a substitute for a physical inspection, engineering assessment, safety certification, or professional advice. SatisApps makes no representation or warranty that any report is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose, and shall not be liable for any decision, damage, injury, equipment failure, or loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, AI-generated output.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service may interoperate with third-party products such as QuickBooks Online, payment processors, email providers, and AI providers. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or acts or omissions of any third-party service, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or a third party's failure of, such services.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including its software, logos, design system, and database structures — remain the exclusive property of SatisApps LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. SatisApps does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that data (including offline data awaiting synchronization) will be preserved without loss. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SatisApps LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if you have paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in such cases our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SatisApps LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or of any law; (d) your infringement of any third-party right; or (e) any claim by your customers or technicians relating to services you performed or reports you delivered.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that may harm the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration or, at either party's election for qualifying claims, in the courts located in the United States Virgin Islands, whose exclusive jurisdiction you consent to. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and SatisApps agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

17. Force Majeure

SatisApps shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, power or internet failures, outages of third-party providers, labor disputes, or governmental action.

18. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SatisApps regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
